In the unfortunate event when the level of service you receive from the mortgage company we have introduced you to is such that you need to make a complaint, it will be down to you to formally complain to that company specifically and not to ourselves. We too would be very upset and register our displeasure to the company concerned. They will, as a matter of course, have a complaints procedure that you will be notified of.
